Job Description
We’re looking for a smart, driven individual to join our Operations and Supply Chain team who is ready to solve interesting and challenging problems across the digital claims experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into complex operational questions, using data to uncover insights, and optimizing processes to reduce inefficiencies.
In this high-visibility role, you will work on initiatives that directly impact customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. You’ll be expected to be detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while driving work forward.
This is a hands-on role that blends analysis and execution. You will support and drive work across defined initiatives, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to turn insights into tangible improvements across the digital claims journey.
