Qualifications
- Candidates with subject matter expertise regarding the admissions process at highly selective colleges and universities are strongly preferred.
- Ability to research complicated topics and break them into snackable, easily understood text.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills—especially the ability to explain complex topics in a straightforward, engaging way.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with writers and the production team to ensure clarity, tone, and pacing align with brand and audience goals.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
Additional Information
- Onsite 4 days a week (Midtown NYC).
- Work hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM (less lunch).

- The annual total compensation for this position is expected to be between $65,000 - $70,000. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the indicated range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Level All are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, and successful candidates may also be eligible for stock-based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
