    Starting Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

    In this role you will be driving results and enhanced value through improved delivery of Supply Chain and Distribution Center Operations.

    Relocation: CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Relocation assistance will not be provided for candidates that need to move over 50 miles.

    Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

    • Meet educational requirements (see education section)
    • Have a willingness to relocate if needed
    • Internship or work experience supporting Supply Chain functions of an organization or group area
    • Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, or sports
    • Project management experience. Examples include leading a school or work-related project from start to finish
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Ability to independently resolve issues
    • Good judgement and decision-making ability
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodology a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access). Tableau and SQL knowledge is a plus.

    Skill in:

    • Report generation
    • Influence leaders at different levels within the building
    • Communicate and present information clearly and succinctly
    • Interpersonal skills and able to build effectively partnerships
    • Read, understand and recommend action based on P&L or other tracking data
    • Local project management
    • SQL or other query based data language
    • Business intelligence and/or data visualizationYou must meet the follow qualifications:
    • Anticipated completion of bachelor's degree program by start date June 2024 or equivalent experience
    • Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include: Supply Chain Management and Operations Management

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $40,600.00 - $76,500.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
