Analyst I - Federal TS/SCI CI Poly

Location: Chantilly, VA

We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated cybersecurity professional to execute routine tasks outlined in a statement of work with minimal oversight while ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, timely escalation of complex issues, and excellent communication due to regular client interaction.​

Responsibilities

Execute routine engagement tasks outlined in a statement of work with minimal oversight​

Maintain project timelines and deliverables while supporting continuous improvement in how work gets done​

Analyze complex information to solve problems, leveraging mentors for guidance as needed​

Maintain and obtain industry-aligned certifications to strengthen technical expertise​

Allocate time approximately 10% to training and skill refinement and 90% to active engagements​

Qualifications

Currently holds a Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI) with a CI poly​

Experience operating in classified environments​

Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least 4 years of related work experience​

Understanding of identity, SIEM, cybersecurity, and infrastructure concepts​

Strong experience with Splunk, Cribl, and Splunk Enterprise Security​

Splunk Power User certification (required); Splunk Admin certification highly desired​

Understanding of governance and compliance (FAR, DFARs, CUI, CMMC), plus FedRAMP and IL constructs​

Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative teamwork, and ability to communicate complex messages to varied audiences​

Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail​

Willingness to travel to meet client needs​
