    Job Summary:
    As a member of the Risk Management team the Analyst, Risk Management, will assist with key areas within the corporation’s centralized company-wide, multinational property/casualty insurance program. This role will work closely with risk leaders at CHQ and across the company on a global scale gaining experience with a diverse portfolio of risk scenarios and positions considering the vast manufacturing environment inclusive of business jets; submarines and surface ships; combat vehicles; weapons and munitions; and communications systems.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the worldwide casualty insurance program including all aspects of policy renewals, policy audits, claims management and recovery, and cost allocation
    • Provide key support on other insurance programs, including aviation, cargo, marine, environmental and professional liability/cyber
    • Maintain and update data and generate reports within the Risk Management Information System (RMIS)
    • Coordinate all aspects of invoice payment processing.
    • Coordinate various business unit activities including responding to inquiries, contract reviews/compliance, certificate of insurance requests, presentations and training/webinar efforts.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:
    Education & Training Requirements:

    • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration is preferred, risk management/insurance major or coursework and/or relevant continuing education/credentials desirable (e.g., ARM or CPCU) or equivalent years of relevant experience.
    • Minimum of 1 and a half years of risk-related experience within a large public company risk management function and/or relevant insurance brokerage environment is required, 2 years is preferred.
    • Experience requirements may be waived if the applicant holds an undergraduate degree in Insurance & Risk Management.

    Other Requirements:

    • Strong communication and analytical skills.
    • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
    • Ability to travel up to 10 percent.
    • Must be willing to work in the CHQ office Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
    • Due to the nature of work performed by this role U.S. Persons status is required at time of hire.
