Analyst / Senior Analyst – Credit Operations (Hybrid, 3 Days In-Office)
Location: New York, NY | Experience: 3–6 years | Compensation: $150K–$200K all-in (based on experience)
A leading investment firm is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Credit Operations team. This role provides full lifecycle support across trade execution, treasury, portfolio monitoring, and reporting for a global credit portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Manage trade closings for loans, bonds, and private credit investments
Coordinate with banks, custodians, and loan agents on settlements and cash flows
Track portfolio performance and exposure; prepare return and compliance analysis
Reconcile data across WSO, Allvue/Black Mountain, and internal systems
Manage cash flow projections, operating wires, and treasury processes
Prepare regular reporting packages and support audit requests
Contribute to system enhancements and analytics initiatives
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in credit operations, fund accounting, or private markets
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
CPA or CFA preferred
Experience with WSO or Allvue/Black Mountain a plus
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Additional Details:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 remote
Compensation varies based on experience; all-in range: $150K–$200K
