    The role of Analyst, Sponsorship Marketing Coordinator, Custom and Brand Events, will support the Executive Connect program and all data created from its implementation and execution.

    Reporting to the Associate Director, Sponsorship Marketing, Custom and Brand Events, this role will advance the strategic initiatives of the Executive Connect program to enhance and support the Sales Sponsorship team. You will develop and manage the post-event sponsor deliverables as well as report on sponsor metrics.

    Providing daily tracking and reporting on projects status is fundamental to ensure that deliverables are met and exceeded. A successful candidate demonstrates an appetite for research and data analysis, attention to detail, and an inquisitive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. The role requires a supreme command of analytical and communications skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with colleagues in EMEA, APAC and the US - with some associated travel/out-of-hours work - as required.

    Responsibilities:

    Create a clear and defined analytical approach to support Executive Connect and ongoing data-related projects

    Demonstrate a sharp knowledge in analyzing marketing data and providing data-driven solutions

    Interpret data, provide clear, insightful actions and reporting

    Support and ensure Executive Connect contracted deliverables are met and executed (virtual, hybrid & in-person events)

    Attend sponsor meetings alongside Associate Director of Sponsorship Marketing

    Create clear, concise and powerful PowerPoint presentations

    Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes

    Participate in strategic initiatives and upcoming projects for the Operations and Culture team

    Perform in-depth website analysis to support and demonstrate brand value

    Translate & communicate data insights and provide easy-to-understand data visualizations and sponsor marketing solutions

  • Qualifications

    Minimum 1 year of work experience in a research role working with large data sets or similar environment

    Must be willing and able to travel domestic and international

    Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen

    Superb verbal and written communications skills

    Ability to adhere to strict deadlines

    Excellent command of Powerpoint presentation

    High energy, self-motivated and independent-minded

    Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy

    Proficient in major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce

  • Desired skills

    Two or more years experience working in a research analyst role

    Asana proficiency is a plus
