    Job Description

    The NBCU Ad Sales Growth Strategy team is responsible for driving growth opportunities for Peacock, NBCU Streaming, and the wider sales organization. Acting as strategic consultants, this dynamic team supports Advertising & Partnerships and corporate stakeholders across a wide range of initiatives including long-term strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, business case development, sales optimization, and budget planning.

    You will interface with business leaders across multiple functions, both inside and outside the Advertising & Partnerships organization. We’re looking for a proactive individual with strong problem solving skills and a willingness and ability to learn to help grow our business. As an integral part of a blue-chip team with significant media experience, you will impact revenue growth across Peacock & the rest of the NBCUniversal portfolio by identifying, developing, and optimizing revenue generating strategies that drive monetization goals.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    _ Supporting Long-Term Monetization & Growth Strategy_

    • Assist in developing analyses and insights that inform NBCU’s long-term advertising monetization strategy across broader NBCU portfolio
    • Partner with Finance and Planning teams to update financial models, long-term forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate growth opportunities.
    • Conduct market and competitive research to support business case development and identify new revenue opportunities that drive revenue/demand.

    _ Optimizing Streaming Product & Go-to-Market Strategy_

    • Support the annual strategic GTM process through analytical and research support on product positioning and competitive trends.
    • Analyze how changes in product strategy impact streaming positioning, GTM narrative & value proposition vs. competition.
    • Regularly assess in-market performance and Sales feedback to evaluate new recommendations & strategies to drive demand.

    _ Deliver high impact presentations & insights_

    • Help craft clear, data-driven presentations for senior executives across Ad Sales & NBCU
    • Synthesize complex information into compelling narratives that communicate strategy, performance, and growth opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure alignment
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS or MS degree, ideally in a business or media field
    • Proven quantitative analytical abilities, including Excel modeling skills.
    • At least 1 year (includes internships) of media experience at a tech/network/streaming company, professional services (e.g., consulting, investment banking), or corporate strategy/finance.
    • Must possess a passion for media and strong intellectual curiosity.
    • Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to present results of complex analyses clearly.
    • Excellent organizational, time and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently.

    • Possess strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively across the team.
    • Previous experience working with financial models & PowerPoint deliverables.
    • Passion for diving into complex concepts, defining value propositions, and collaborating with other business lines on long-term growth strategies.
    • Ability to develop strong relationships with across all levels of the organization.

    Additional Requirements:

    This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

    Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000
