Analyst, Talent Acquisition – Governance & Performance
At BlackRock, we are building a premier HR team. Part of that dedication to provide our services and programs also includes a continued focus on evolving the Talent Acquisition organization. Together, the Recruiting, Sourcing, Research, and Operations teams help to source and hire the best talent for BlackRock.
Partnering with respective leaders across these channels is a centralized Governance and Performance team (TA GaP) responsible for monitoring performance, defining standards, mitigating risk, managing resources, and leading change. Day to day, the TA GaP team engages with internal teams across HR and BlackRock to refine recruiting processes, improve technologies, and recommend changes for recruiting practices. In addition, the team partners with external vendors and organizations to deliver the best portfolio of services for recruiting.
The team is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated individual to help lead the TA GaP team’s project management function.
This Analyst level role will be based in our New York / Atlanta office. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
