Job Description

Join a collaborative and innovation-driven team supporting analytical method development for RNA and oligonucleotide-based therapeutics. This role is ideal for scientists with hands-on experience in liquid chromatography and RNA workflows who are passionate about contributing to product development through rigorous data generation and method optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize analytical methods for RNA and oligonucleotide characterization using HPLC, UHPLC, and LC-MS.
• Generate high-quality data to support product development and process understanding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to transfer and implement robust analytical methods.
• Troubleshoot and maintain advanced instrumentation (Waters I-Class, Thermo Vanquish Flex, AKTA Pure 150 M).
• Apply knowledge of IPRP, AEX/IEX, and HILIC chromatography to solve complex analytical challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/5S methodologies.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Industry experience with liquid chromatography and RNA/oligonucleotide analysis.
• Proficiency in Empower, Xcalibur, Unicorn, and BioPharma Finder.
• Strong understanding of method characterization (e.g., linearity, precision, LOD/LOQ).
• Effective communicator and collaborator with a commitment to safety and compliance.

Additional Details:

This is a full-time, onsite position based on a first-shift schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with overtime required as needed. Candidates located within a commutable distance to Boston, MA are strongly encouraged to apply.
