Job Description
The Product Support Engineer (PSE) is a customer facing role responsible for assisting with software deployments in customer environments, supporting customers with other technical issues that require Anark involvement, and for validating customer-reported bugs and logging them to the appropriate development team using Azure DevOps. This role will involve supporting a variety of software applications, including web applications deployed on bare metal and in the cloud, Windows Server applications, and Windows Desktop applications. The PSE will also be responsible for triaging and escalating customer requests by working with the Anark Sales and Technical Project Management teams to identify priority.
The ideal candidate will be a Computer Science or other Engineering program graduate with 2+ years of customer facing technical support, or equivalent experience.
