In this position, you'll be an integral part of our team and will have a positive impact on member satisfaction and Anatomy's success:
General Responsibilities
Oversee all club operations and member experience
Ensure Anatomy standards are kept and exceeded
Control monthly expenses to budget
Address member issues as needed
Assist club management in all interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Problem solve club, staff, technical support and membership issues
Handle club emergencies (No power, member fights, member injuries, staff calling out)
Communicate with management team regarding any issues or needs of the club
Ensure all staff is groomed neatly and report appropriate issues with staff management
Complete and file overall HR paperwork (i.e. write-ups, vacation requests, termination forms)
Coach / mentor club employees and handle TEAM personnel issues as needed
Process bi-weekly club payroll
Personal Training (Body Architects)
Work with Body Architect Manager to ensure PT staffing and sales budget is met
Daily input of PT sales
Assist Regional Body Architect Manager with PT sales projections
Front Desk (Energy Experts)
Manage Front Desk Manager / Senior Energy Expert
Ensure Anatomy standard is being met and member experience exceeded
Oversee hiring of new employees
Housekeeping (Detail Team)
Manage and develop Senior Detail Lead
Ensure club is up to Anatomy standards
Conduct scheduled and random club inspections to ensure adherence to standards within the club
Sales
Work collaboratively with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure flawless execution of the sales process
Drive daily and monthly sales to exceed club budget
Oversee and lead sales outreach to drive incoming leads
Supplies and Concessions
Oversee ordering supplies as well as concession merchandise
Oversee food and beverage products that are stocked at the front desk for sale
Facilities Operations and Maintenance
Ensure all equipment is in good working order and to brand standard
Have a working knowledge of major equipment, appliances and systems used in the operation of Anatomy
Be able to conduct basic trouble shooting on major equipment, appliance and systems
Maintain direct relationships with all vendors and suppliers
Ensure all equipment and appliances are in good working order and proactively maintained to ensure continued operation.
Continually be on the look out for opportunism to enhance club operations and systems
Member Service
Bring any members complaints to appropriate department manager
Provide membership services when needed (i.e. tours, sign-ups, answer questions)
Become a Club Ready "Power User"
Resolve and adjust all Club Ready member/staff issues
Group Fitness
Work with Regional GF Director to ensure classes flawless execution of the GF classes and club schedule
Experience
3-5 years of progressive management experience supervising teams with measurable outcomes of employee development and promotion
A combination of fitness/retail/hospitality and/or operations industry experience, requiring high execution in both operations and service, with focus on high team member and/or customer turnover
Phenomenal communication skills, oral and written, with heavy emphasis on listening
Bachelor's Degree
Must be Bilingual
