The ideal candidate will work independently, or with a partner, photographing and filming the homes of our seller clients, team events, real estate market updates, and more! On larger properties, we will generally operate as a pair where someone will focus on the video and drone work while someone focuses on the photography and so there is a great opportunity to cross-train people who would like to learn new techniques on either side. This position begins on a per property/ contracted basis, but has the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. A flexible schedule is necessary and daytime shoots are typical. Will occasionally include twilight hours and weekends. Responsibilities: • Drone, photo, video, and 3D tour of properties for online and print marketing purposes (weekly) • Ability to edit and manipulate videos and photos for contrast and watermarks to ensure top quality (weekly) • Produce and edit and add audio to virtual tour videos of many properties to post on various social media and websites (weekly) • Shoot and edit various team events throughout the year to support and build company branding (monthly) • Shoot and edit community-related and market update content to be promoted socially via the company (weekly) Qualifications: Desired Experience: • Bracketing and blending HDR images. • Efficient in post-production (Adobe CC preferred, not required) • Drone and gimbal operation • Virtual tour (Matterport) • Basic color correction and motion graphics Desired Equipment: • A lens with a focal length of at least 16mm or wider • Camera that can shoot XAVC/ 4K at 60 fps, and has an auto 3-5 bracket drive mode preferred • Computer that can handle batch/RAW processing and 4K rendering Compensation: $40 hourly
