Responsibilities: • Consistently network and lead generate to identify prospective home buyers, home sellers, and investors • Conduct thorough assessments of properties including market analysis, comparative market analysis (CMA), and property inspections to determine accurate valuations • Guide buyers through the home buying process by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget, and showing them relevant properties • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients, including purchase price, financing, inspection contingencies, repairs, and closing timelines • Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting the real estate industry to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information Qualifications: • Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow • Humble, Driven, Professional, and a Team-Player • Passion for providing a superior level of customer service • Real estate license and sales experience • Mandarin OR Spanish speaking skills are HIGHLY PREFERRED • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000+ yearly
