    Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dermatology office. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our dermatologists, nurses, and other medical staff. You will assist in delivering high-quality patient care, performing various clinical tasks, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. APPLICANT MUST HAVE MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERINENCE.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist dermatologists and nurses in patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.

    Prepare examination rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.

    Escort patients to examination rooms and obtain their medical history, including current medications and allergies.

    Perform basic dermatological procedures under the supervision of medical professionals, such as wound care, suture removal, and sample collection.

    Prepare and organize medical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.

    Educate patients on skincare regimens, medication instructions, and post-treatment care.

    Sterilize and maintain medical instruments and equipment.

    Follow proper infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.

    Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

    Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and coordinated patient care.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Proven experience working as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a dermatology or specialty clinic.

    Solid knowledge of dermatology procedures, medical terminology, and basic clinical skills.

    Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and computer applications.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
