THIS POSITION IS BASED AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICE AND IS NOT REMOTE.

Due to an internal promotion (yes, professional growth and advancement opportunities do exist at AE Dairy), we have an IMMEDIATE opening on our Customer Service Representative team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are fundamental duties that an individual who holds the position must perform. Other duties, in addition to essential job functions, will be assigned at the discretion of the Department Manager.

• Answer incoming calls
• Enter orders in computer system
• Communicate with distribution department and sales department regarding customer orders.
• Coordinate load scheduling for distribution department.
• Print all necessary paperwork to accompany load scheduling.
• Communicate with distribution regarding space on trucks for all scheduled loads.
• Communicate with other customer service representatives regarding outstanding orders to fill trucks.
• Communicate with sales personnel regarding orders needed.
• Assist with computer generated orders (EDI) as necessary.
• Provide support and backup for setting up delivery loads and coordinating with the Distribution department on the scheduling and sequencing of fulfillment of the delivery loads.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a minimum of GED or High School diploma. Candidates with a college degree, relevant professional certification or 1-3 years of same/ similar work experience will be given first consideration. SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Display a professional and courteous etiquette at all time.
• Communicate clearly and thoroughly while respecting confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP accounting systems
• Good typing skills, including ten-key.
• Willingness and ability to acquire comprehensive knowledge of Anderson Erickson Dairy’s products, processes, and services.
• Good attendance and punctuality is critical to success in this position.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
