With a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $75,000(based on experience) annually, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base • Monitor insurance policy renewals and proactively address any issues or changes • Consistently provide the customer with prompt, knowledgeable and timely response to calls or inquiries • Document calls, activities, and transactions in Account Management System • Check/Process policies and endorsements • Quote new and renewing policies on carrier websites and/or PL Rater • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications: • We are hiring for both of our office locations in New Castle and Grove City, PA. Candidates located in or near either city are encouraged to apply! • Strong customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Current P&C License a plus • Detail-oriented and accurate • Very proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook • Dependable, well-organized, and able to multi-task • Able to work in a fast-paced production environment • Team oriented • Reliable • Demonstrate sound judgment, outstanding decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills Compensation: $35,000 - $75,000 yearly DOE
