Anderson Insurance Group is one of the largest family-owned, independent full-service Insurance Agency in Western Pennsylvania. We are a boutique agency that provides very high quality, high touch levels of service to our clients and we are looking for the right person to join our terrific team. We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our team. With a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $75,000(based on experience) annually, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and expertise. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of insurance policies while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base • Monitor insurance policy renewals and proactively address any issues or changes • Consistently provide the customer with prompt, knowledgeable and timely response to calls or inquiries • Document calls, activities, and transactions in Account Management System • Check/Process policies and endorsements • Quote new and renewing policies on carrier websites and/or PL Rater • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications: • We are hiring for both of our office locations in New Castle and Grove City, PA. Candidates located in or near either city are encouraged to apply! • Strong customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Current P&C License a plus • Detail-oriented and accurate • Very proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook • Dependable, well-organized, and able to multi-task • Able to work in a fast-paced production environment • Team oriented • Reliable • Demonstrate sound judgment, outstanding decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills Compensation: $35,000 - $75,000 yearly DOE
