    We tee up the leads, as we are the leading Real Estate firm in the Long Beach area, and you are the catalyst for our agents! Real Estate experience is a must - MUST have an ACTIVE California Real Estate Sales License! We recently hired an instrumental Lead Gen Director who is on fire with lead generation, fresh prospects, and ensuring our databases are cleaned up and ready to produce. We need YOU to provide the magic by touching the leads, reaching out, and ensuring that we nurture those in our database. YOU will have a strong, proven experience making lots of outbound calls (at least one year) and will be someone who WANTS to be on the phone with potential clients (and we have a LOT of those!) You will love to talk and be an extrovert. You need to genuinely like people and have an interest in them and talking to them. Your real interest in people is what truly shines through. You are humble, hungry, and smart - operating from a place of fearlessness. You have thick skin and are persistent. You are driven, warm, friendly - and like a challenge! Because we are the top team in Long Beach, Buyers and Sellers actively seek us out to work with us. We need the following person: • Drive, tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity • Appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads and cold calling) • Ability to perform subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leadsThis individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact with the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances. Because of the new Lead Gen Director position we just hired, our lead generation is showing signs of increasing exponentially. Responsibilities: • Calling, texting, and emailing leads • Experience within various platforms like Zillow is a definite plus • Working with and nurturing DRIP campaigns - in collaboration with our Leads Coordinator • Primary duties including inbound and outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle • Setting listing and buyer appointments • Rigorously prospecting for new business and follow up with leads in various pipelines in areas designated by the team • Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with our agents • Managing cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments • Qualifying leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to Real Estate Agents • Entering info about the clients into a database through our sales funnel • Following up as well as canvas call around team community initiatives and marketing plan directives • Developing sales opportunities within specific geographies served by our team Qualifications: • Be charismatic over the phone • Be a good listener - must genuinely like people • Be flexible with follow up • Be learning-based and coachable • Bring fresh ideas to the table and be willing to share • Have extensive sales experience on the phone • Independent, self-motivated, decisive, with a strong sense of urgency • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies - Google platforms, sheets, and MLS (Bonus: SISU and Commissions INC) • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Proven track record of sales success, leadership, and positive energy • Valid California Real Estate Sales Person License • At least 1 year in a call center making outbound calls • Wanting to be part of a growing team that is one of the top real estate groups in Long Beach, SoCal, and the nation Compensation: $70,000+ salary plan commission
