Looking for someone with strong, proven experience making lots of outbound calls (at least one 1-year) and someone who WANTS to be on the phone with potential clients (and we have a LOT of those!) The Anderson Real Estate Group, the top real estate group in Long Beach, is looking for someone licensed (active California Salesperson license), with previous experience in outbound sales. Please have proven experience of working the phones at a high level. This role is all about lead generation and conversion. You must have the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads and cold calling) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads. WE HAVE the systems - we just need YOU to work them and track what you do. It is important that you understand and read people. Must be able to engage fully. Emotional intelligence, as well as drive, is a MUST! This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact with the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances. This job will require mental toughness and the drive to succeed at a high level! The payout is there for the right person who is driven to achieve, with an annual generous base salary, plus commissions with the potential of what you make it! We have seen up to $70,000+ or more in the first year - it all depends on your sales success and how motivated you are! You are in charge of your future! Responsibilities: • Call, text, and email leads! • Set listing and buyer appointments • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline in areas designated by the team • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling • Primary duties include inbound and outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with our agents • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to Real Estate Agents • Enter info about the clients into a database through the sales funnel • Follow up as well as canvas call around team community initiatives and marketing plan directives • Develop sales opportunities within specific geographies served by our team Qualifications: • Be charismatic over the phone! • Be a good listener - must genuinely like people! • Be flexible with follow up • Be learning-based and coachable • Have extensive sales experience on the phone • Independent, self-motivated, decisive, with a strong sense of urgency • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies - Google platforms, sheets, and MLS (Bonus: SISU & CommissionsINC) • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Proven track record of sales success, leadership, and positive energy! • Valid California Real Estate Sales Person License • At least 1 year in a call center making outbound calls • Want to be part of a growing team that is one of the top real estate groups in Long Beach, Cali & the nation Compensation: $70,000+ salary+ plan commission
