The Crew Member provides services to patrons by taking orders for Gelato, Handcrafted Cups and beverages, delivering orders to the patron, and ensuring that patrons have a pleasant experience. Supervisory Responsibilities: - None. Duties/Responsibilities: - Greets customers as they enter; ensures the establishment is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided. - Distributes menus and presents the daily specials. - Answers questions regarding the menu. - Delivers Gelato, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to customers. - Clears the table as customers finish. - Collects payments. - Assists with other tasks such as cleaning the preparing. - Clean customer and personnel areas, such tables, floor, walls, wall glasses. - Clean ice cream equipment and accessories. - Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately. - Ability to operate point-of-sale systems. Education and Experience: - Previous customer experience preferred Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of standing and walking. - Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
