Andrade’s Clean Up is a construction debris pick up service that is currently seeking a subdivision reviewer who is highly organized, detailed oriented, has excellent communication skills and is a self-starter. The company has been in business for over 30 years and is looking to maintain its wonderful reputation.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Drive between the subdivisions, gathering information that is reported to headquarters

• Ability to create your own routes every week, in order to manage your time while visiting 20 to 30 subdivisions daily

• Inspect certain lots within the subdivision for points of progress that are reported on a sheet provided to you by headquarters, which contains the subdivision’s name and the lot numbers

• Write down on the sheet the stage in which each lot is in

• Scan your weekly sheets to an app and submit it to headquarters

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Training will be provided

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Driver's license required

• Personal vehicle required

• Full time position – Create your own hours

• Paid bi-weekly

• $150 + a day

• Location: Birmingham, Alabama
