We are looking for a self-motivated Data Entry Clerk to support the Andrade’s Clean Up team in their office in Woodstock, GA. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and focused to ensure our operations are functioning smoothly and efficiently. They will be highly organized, resourceful, and efficient.

• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel
• Understand Excel Formulas
• Willing to Learn
• Ability to use Office Outlook & Office Word
• High level of integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and assist others
• Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and managers across the team
• Listening Skills; ability to understand assignments and complete them with little to no follow from assigned leaders
• Organized but flexible, with the ability to anticipate change and to react efficiently and quickly
• Experience in AirTable is a benefit.

• Add information to our databases
• Adjust information to our databases
• Maintain databases
  • · Fix errors & transfer data
  • · Reconcile data with client records
  • · Add new locations to our Map Database
  • · Contact staff to find missing data
