BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION & TRAINING PLATFORM

This is a Sales Representative role with an incredible uncapped commission structure. We have a streamlined lead generation system that puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need for the product so there is no cold calling involved. Part-time agents meet with 3-5 families per week and full-time agents will meet with 8 to 15 families per week over tele-sales/video conference or in-person, for about 45 minutes to help them pick out the best mortgage protection plan to fit their budget.

There is no license or sales/insurance experience required for you to apply and have an interview, as you could imagine with COVID-19 we are accepting unlicensed applicants. Our onboarding system will train you to book appointments and effectively run a tele-sales/in home appointment all from the comfort of your home in this work from home position. You will also have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry through live video conferencing, coaching and training events.
