You’ll be responsible for real estate contract to close transaction support, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, client experience, and marketing our brand through social media and online advertising. Responsibilities: Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements Improve skill sets through employee development programs Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services • Manage transaction paperwork and digitally file for future reference Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Customer service experience in our industry is preferred Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Real Estate Transaction Coordination experience preferred, but not required Compensation: $42,000 yearly
