    We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and will be responsible for managing pre-suit cases from intake to settlement negotiation. Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly based on experience and bonus opportunities. This position may be in-person/remote and/or hybrid. Responsibilities: • Conduct and assist with initial client consultations and case evaluations. • Investigate and gather evidence, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements. • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case. • Draft and review demand letters and negotiate settlements with insurance companies. • Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively. • Stay informed about changes in personal injury law and legal developments that may affect cases. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to The Florida Bar. • Minimum of 2-3 years experience practicing personal injury law, preferably handling pre-suit cases. • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively. • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
