    What the Person Is Expected To Do

    • 4-5 years of relevant experience and progressive experience in software development on the enterprise-level application
    • 3 years of hands-on experience working on Android native application development (Android SDK, Java or Kotlin, Android Studio, Gradle, etc.)
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
    • Leads, guides, mentors, direct & helps grow a team of Developers to achieve the overall mission above
    • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including clients, business analysts, product owners, and UX team members in designing application dataflow and extensible product platforms
    • Establish and enforce the architectural guidelines and coding best practices
    • Good knowledge of creational (builder, singleton, etc.), structural (adapter, facade, etc.), and behavioral (command, state, etc.) design patterns
    • Experience with architecture design patterns MVC, MVVM, VIPER, etc
    • Good understanding of UX and UI design best practices
    • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and building automation tools like Jenkins, Gitlab, etc
    • An understanding of performance, and security best practices
    • Experience in mobility common features like Notification handling, Accessibility, Offline data handling/management, Crash log management (Crashlytics, etc.), etc
    • Knowledge of Test Driven (TDD) or Behavior Driven (BDD) development, Unit Testing (espresso, etc.), and instrumentation testing
    • Ability and experience in leading the team in Agile process with Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives

    Responsibilities: Design and development of Android Apps Provide technical/ development leadership to the Android developers/ POD Review development code and define development best practices for the project

    • Continuously improve engineering processes and capabilities
    • Drive end-to-end solutions including mobile DevOps, automated testing, analytics, etc
    • Perform the Code Reviews and responsible for the quality of the team's deliverables
    • Rapid prototyping, Preparing, and presenting POV to customers
