Ranchers Custard Company, Andy's Frozen Custard's largest franchisee, is expanding their Marketing department in anticipation for 2022's growth from 14 to 19 locations throughout Dallas, Orlando, OKC, and Tulsa!
We're huge on community development and partnerships, social engagement, and fun/creative ways to help us get the World's Finest Frozen Custard into as many mouths as possible.
This is an entry level/intern position, starting at part-time, and based in Springfield, MO working alongside the Marketing Director and rest of the Ranchers crew.
Responsibilities
-Works directly through Marketing Director and Corporate marketing direction to implement campaigns and tactics to system-wide leadership groups within budget constraints-Seek and establish local, digital, and media relationships to develop impactful partnerships
Local Restaurant Marketing and donation research, engagement, and execution
-Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
-Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across platforms to extract key insights for current and future campaign development
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, optimize accordingly
Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions
-Works in partnership with the creative team to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print and digital
Develop Social Media campaigns through research, analysis, engagement, and execution via organic and paid efforts
Manage Point of Purchase (POP) and general store signage evaluation, organization, request print, roll out, and display execution with in-field leadership team
-Works with HR Director to develop and execute digital and physical recruiting/hiring efforts and fulfill manpower needs
-Andy’s Treat Truck digital/social marketing, event research, and coordination with DFW leadership

High school diploma or equivalent required
