    Low Country dba Andy’s Sprinkler & Drainage, has immediate Irrigation Service Technician openings for its Charlotte location.     Ideal candidate qualities include:

    Experience in irrigation services as a professional (a plus, but not required; we will train the right candidates).

    TCEQ license (Irrigation Technician or Licensed Irrigator) is a plus, but not required.

    A solid work ethic and desire to exceed expectations.

    Reliable, honest, and project a professional image.

    Positive attitude and a dedication to excellent customer service.

    Strong communication skills, with both the team and customer.

    Attention to detail and organization, all while taking pride in your work.

    Job Requirements include:

    Fluent in spoken and written English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

    Valid and current driver's license, and responsible driving habits.

    Experience with computers, e-mail communications, and smart phone applications.

    Responsibility for the organization and up-keep of tools, parts, and work vehicle.

    Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automatic irrigation systems, outdoor drainage, and landscape lighting.

    Ability to effectively communicate, respond to questions, and address customer concerns both written and verbally.

    On-site estimation for repair needs, preventative additions, and system improvements.

    Perform repairs to our high-quality standards.

    Issue invoices and collect payment at customer site, and organize / file associated paperwork as necessary.

    Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the company.

    Physical Demands:Technicians must be able to bend, crouch, and navigate various terrain and trenches, frequently move supplies up to 75 pounds, tolerate outdoor temperatures (especially Texas heat) and sun exposure, and operate all tools and machinery required for each job. Proper physical conditioning is critical to a Technician's success and well-being.
