The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients. Responsibilities: Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs Qualifications: Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm • Minimum 3 years experience litigating family law cases • Must be able to handle approximately 40-60 cases with little to no supervision Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 DOE
