A leading healthcare system in Pennsylvania is seeking board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologists to join its team. This role provides a balanced mix of direct patient care and medical direction of CRNAs and residents within a Level I Trauma Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct patient care (40%) and medical direction of CRNAs and residents (60%).
• Supervise and collaborate with residents and medical students in an Anesthesiology Residency Program.
• Work in state-of-the-art operating rooms, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows.
• Participate in medical education, leadership training, and mentoring programs.

Required Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license.
• Experience in Level I Trauma Centers or high-acuity cases preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentorship.
