Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry Contract Specialist to join our team at Angayut, LLC. The Entry Contract Specialist will be responsible for performing contract and grant administration functions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and providing support throughout the acquisition and grants lifecycle.
Responsibilities :
- Perform contract and grant administration functions, including documentation of acceptance, review of invoices, and close-out procedures.
- Track the progress of each award, communicate with Contracting Officer Representatives (COR) and government personnel, and respond to requests from all involved parties.
- Review progress reports, vouchers, and invoices, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on delivery, quality assurance, acceptance, and other contract or grant-related issues.
- Interpret contract clauses and provisions for government personnel and recipients/contractors.
- Track invoices for payment and assist with file closeout activities.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures, templates, and other documents for acquisition and grants operations.
Required Skills / Education :
- Bachelor's Degree with 24 hours of coursework in business or a related field.
- 0-2 years of demonstrated experience preparing and/or supporting Federal grants, cooperative agreements, and/or contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites is desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
