Job Description

We're looking for an energetic and hungry BILINGUAL-PREFERRED (English & Spanish) personal injury legal assistant to join the Reyes Browne Reilley team. Must be a people person, with a positive attitude and extraordinary phone skills. Multitasking talent is a significant plus. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean reception area
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven working experience in similar role
• Professional appearance
• A smile in your voice
• Solid English and Spanish communication skills - both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues which may arise
• Client & service focused
• Work well in a team environment

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma

BENEFITS:

After completing the 90-day introductory period, employee will be eligible to enroll in company’s health plans (medical, dental, and vision). Employee will be eligible to participate in company’s 401K plan after one full year of service. Salary is commensurate with experience.
