Description: Angela Brown Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic representative to join our established customer service team in NYC. We are a small company based in Chelsea, representing the very best in design products and services to the interior design community.

Responsibilities:
• Servicing pre-established clients (Architects and Interior Designers) in NYC by, but not limited to, providing product information, placing orders with our manufacturers, processing payments, managing projects, tracking orders.
• Working alongside our Sales Team and sample departments to assure the clients needs are being met on every level.
• Keeping all client / project information organized and up to date in our internal systems.
• Jumping in wherever necessary to assure the office is running smoothly and functioning efficiently. Candidate profile:
• Energetic and enthusiastic - This is a fast paced position and stamina is key.
• Self motivated - This is a service position in a fast paced, luxury industry, so praise isn’t always guaranteed. The ideal candidate is not motivated by praise, but by an internal drive to do the best of their abilities.

• Poised, confident, positive attitude. Experience/Skill requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a work environment. Customer Service experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Basic knowledge of Mac computers and Microsoft Office applications.
