Responsibilities

-Perform waxing, facial & lash services

-Product sales

-Scheduling clients (email, text)

-Manage emails that pertain to scheduling

-Makeup + skincare product knowledge

-Maintaining a clean, well-organized room

-Process excellent customer service

-Retain clients and create long-term relationships with clients

-All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

-Waxing (Brazilians, bikini, eyebrows and all other body waxing)

-Customer service + sales experience

-Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients + colleagues

-Ability to work independently as well as a team

-Always has a can-do attitude and works hard with grace + a SMILE :)

-Bonus points: Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish

-Reliable, responsible, punctual + have your own means for transportation!

Schedule

About 15-25 hours per week. More hours will be available as it gets busier if desired. We are a beauty business that is open 7 days a week. Availability on Sunday and Monday is a must. Must be willing + able to work some evenings and holidays.

Experience

-Body waxing 1 years\ (minimum)

-Customer service + retail 1 year (minimum)

-Facials, lash extensions/lifts (a plus)
