Job Type - Part-time position 15-25 hours a week.
Salary - Hourly (DOE). Retail commission available after 3 months dependent on sales performance.
Responsibilities
-Product sales
-Scheduling clients (email, text)
-Assessing clients needs and building relationships with clients
-Managing emails that pertain to scheduling, brand communication, orders, shipments, restocking
-Makeup + skincare product knowledge
-Problem solving
-Ability to deal with different personalities and stay cool under pressure if an issue arises
-Can take feedback and use it to further develop skills
-Maintaining a clean, well-organized office area + lobby
-All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-Sales experience (must know how to personalize sales and listen to client cues)
-Office experience
-Customer service experience
-Exceptional time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling and adapting as necessary
-Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients + colleagues
-Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
-Technologically savvy! Experience working with Slack, Square, POS, and social media (Instagram)
-Always has a can-do attitude and works hard with grace + a SMILE :)
-Bonus points: Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
-Reliable, responsible, punctual + have your own means of transportation!
Schedule
About 15-25 hours per week. We are a beauty business that is opened 7 days a week. Availability on Sunday and Monday is a must. Must be willing + able to work some evenings, and holidays.
Experience
-Customer service 2 years (Preferred)
-Retail/sales 1 year (Minimum)
-Beauty (makeup or skincare) A PLUS!
