We are looking for a diligent HR GENERALIST to join our HR department. The main duty of this newly created position is to manage our full-cycle recruiting process. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience. This position will be located at our new Support Center in Lutz, FL.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

RECRUITING (60%)

• Collaborate with Team Leaders to write job ads for current openings

• Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)

• Communicate openings internally to Team Members as well as promoting our Employee Referral Program

• Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks), participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation

• Phone screen candidates and set up interviews for the hiring Team Leader

• Onboard new Team Members and conduct follow up reviews

HR. ADMIN. (~40%) Provide various levels of support in the following:

• Angelo’s Benefits Program, Health Initiatives

• Performance Reviews, Engagement Surveys, Employer of Choice Program

• External Wage & Benefit Surveys

• ADP Workforce Now Backup

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 2+ years working experience as a Recruiter or similar role

• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting

• Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)

• Ability to analyze and disseminate candidate skills assessments and give feedback to Team Leaders

• Familiarity with online Applicant Tracking Systems

• Working knowledge of posting jobs to various job boards including LinkedIn

• Good knowledge of labor laws

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a plus

• Bi-lingual is a plus

• SHRM Certification is a plus

• Above average Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• AA or BA in Human Resources or relevant field is a plus
