    Job Description

    Angius & Terry an A-V rated, highly successful Plaintiff's Construction Defect law firm with offices in California, Nevada and Florida seeks a Litigation Associate or Partner level candidate for its office in Orlando. The successful candidate will have excellent research, writing and communication skills, be a confident self-starter, have the ability to work well under pressure, be computer/tech savvy, organized and manage cases from inception through trial. Must have experience taking and defending depositions - both fact witnesses and expert witnesses. Strong legal analytical skills required. Case load involves the handling of multiple complex cases. A professional demeanor when communicating with clients and experts is also required. Construction Defect experience is helpful, but not required.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Handling all aspects of a case through mediation or trial

    • Prepare and respond to discovery; attend depositions

    • Work daily with clients and experts

    • Must have 4-10 years litigation experience

    • Must be willing to travel throughout the state

    • Potential to assume management of the Orlando office
