Job Description

PAY: $58,300-$62,400/ANNUAL  (DOE)

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy

•Screen Job Applicants & Resumes (assist w/Management level), general labor to supervisor levels

•Assess/screen candidates on their knowledge, skills and experience

•Call and schedule Interviews

•Check References/Run Background checks

•Send Offer letters (Authorized by management)

•Coordinate Onboarding Process

•Conduct Orientation (serve as a back-up)

•Turnover Trends

•Recruiting Analysis and Reporting to Team

•Partner with HR for the Incentive Programs to promote Retention

•Research Pay Grades/Average Industry Pay

•Work with management on Recruiting Needs for their Departments

•Post openings on Job boards;  LinkedIn, Careers in Food, Ziprecruiter, Indeed, Craigslist, Colleges through ADP, etc.

•Coordinate Job Fairs (HR can participate when needed)

•Develop and update job descriptions

•Promote company’s initiatives in becoming “Employer of Choice”
