    We are actively seeking a compassionate mental health therapist for our clinic who is committed to therapeutic excellence for our patients. You will be responsible for doing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans with goals and objectives, providing therapeutic intervention as needed, and following up with patients to ensure they are receiving appropriate ongoing care. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of clinical experience working with mental health patients as well as a current clinical license (LLC, LLMSW, LPC, LMSW, LLP, LP). Responsibilities: • Determine the status of patients mental health by using medical information, interviews, observation, and testing, as well as collaboration with other staff members • Evaluate patients’ circumstances on a regular basis and provide necessary follow-up care • Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient • Aid with crisis intervention for patients when they are in a state of distress • Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients • Work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan and goals • Deliver interventions, monitor progress, and document accordingly • Utilize technology and electronic platforms to communicate, provide treatment, record-keeping, etc. • Meet with the clinical director/direct supervisor for performance growth skills, collaborate with the administrative staff, and embrace a team-lead approach in the clinical work with their respective patients • Administrative staff schedules intake appointments and clinicians maintain follow-up appointment scheduling • Passionate and driven to achieve successful outcomes Qualifications: Applicants must have a current Michigan License verifiable through LARA: LLC, LPC, LLMSW, LMSW, or LLP.
