Looking for a POSITIVE, DEPENDABLE, CREATIVE, VIRTUAL ASSISTANT with a PASSION FOR THEIR WORK AND VALUE-DRIVEN.  I am a FUN Social Media Branding & Marketing Strategic Consultant Agency that takes serving my clients seriously but I love a POSITIVE, CHEERFUL, ZEALOUS WORK ENVIRONMENT.  I need someone who can assist with EMAIL MANAGEMENT AND SCHEDULING and possibly some social media management (If you have the skills, that's great).  I can provide some paid training.  

I would like to know what drives you, what are your values?  What motivates you?  

This job will start with a handful of hours a week until you prove yourself but I would like you to grow and become long-term.  I need someone who has a fairly quick response time (within an hour or two at the most) and the hours are flexible as long as you meet the deadlines.  I have a HIGH STANDARD for my work and expect that same HIGH STANDARD if you work with me, so please only send in a proposal if you feel that you fit that description (This is very important!).  I give 150%.  If we are a good fit, the pay can increase and so will the hours.  I reward a good job and a good attitude (ask the people on my team).
