Responsibilities: • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: • Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, and close appointments to agreements • High-level understanding and in-depth real estate market knowledge • Able to complete and present accurate CMA’s and listing appointments • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale • Market the home as appropriate (staging, showing, opening houses, social media) • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with for sale by owners and expireds, as well as maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell • Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations for sellers • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close • Maintain appropriate social media channels and marketing for self-promotion and team promotion • Participate in script practice, training, teaching, and licensing requirements Essential duties and responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of sellers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close • Hire, train, and consult all Listing Agents and Listings Assistants • Negotiate for sellers Communications/Interactions • Listing Manager – daily • Sellers – daily • Transaction Coordinator – daily Management Responsibilities • Listing Assistants Qualifications: • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Calm under pressure • Computer skills and ability to use appropriate CRMs and RE Apps • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues • Ability to work independently and self motivated • Excellent knowledge of real estate market conditions and how to analyze market data • Ability to use a real estate CRM and keep client data safe and orderly • High school graduate • Real estate license (in good standing) • 12 or more real estate transactions per year • 1–3 years of industry and sales experience • Valid U.S. Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 yearly
