You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: • Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses • Conduct buyer consultations at a high level providing accurate market data • Select homes that meet clients’ needs, identifying homes that best meet those needs, refining needs, and closing to contract offers • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close • Be the main point of contact between the buyer and listing agent to ensure a successful closing • Compile representations contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive home-buying experience • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to the local real estate market • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all issues Essential duties and responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of buyers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close • Qualify and convert leads by continually following up, facilitating communication, and adding to the sales pipeline (CRM) • Negotiating for buyers Communications/Interactions • Lead Agent – Daily • Agent Team – Daily • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – Daily Management Responsibilities • Showing Assistants Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent at building rapport • People-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good organizational skills • Learning based • Computer skills and ability to use appropriate CRMs and RE Apps • Ability to work independently and self-motivated • Excellent knowledge of real estate market conditions and how to analyze market data • Ability to use a real estate CRM and keep client data safe and orderly • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues • High school graduate • Real estate license • 1–3 years of industry and sales experience preferred • 1–3 years of management experience preferred • Valid U.S. Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 yearly
