Job Description

We are seeking a Preschool Co-teacher to join our organization! This individual will plan and present age appropriate activities for children.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
• Create a fun, healthy and safe learning environment
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, playtime and cognitive development
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers and parents
• Conduct observations and assessments of children 
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all students

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in childcare, centers ages 3 to 5 
• Bachelors Degree or Associate of Art/Associate of Science in Early Children Education
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
