Do you have experience in the medical field? ANOMALY SQUARED is a rapidly growing Customer Call Center that is looking for a few qualified individuals to work from HOME who want a full time career position helping make a difference in patients' lives.

Our CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES on the Healthcare team are tasked with discovering if candidates will qualify to enroll in one of the medical studies that our client is currently staffing. If you have a professional image combined with some experience in the healthcare field, this could be the job for you! This is a full time position. All types of medical students and professionals (especially those that are bilingual) are encouraged to apply to gain valuable experience.

ANOMALY SQUARED uses technology combined with online and offline media to generate customer demand for our clients products. We also utilize our in house contact center to facilitate both inbound and outbound demand and our staff is comprised of talented experts from all walks of life providing us with unrivaled expertise in a number of fields. RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Demonstrates appropriate customer care behaviors (empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, helpfulness, etc.)

*Records, investigates and identifies profiles to determine appropriate action steps

*Logs, tracks and appropriately documents interactions through utilization of call center technology

*Demonstrates and supports compliance to all policies and procedures

*Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

*High School Diploma/GED

*Must be able to multitask in a technologically based environment

*Available to work a fulltime flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, to include evening shifts each week

*Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse populations
