Anser Fone is a 24-hour answering service.  All our agents work remote from their homes.  We are looking to immediately fill a part time position on our afternoon shift.   This position is offering 25-30 hours per week.  You must be available to be scheduled between 3pm-11pm Monday-Wednesday and 7am-3pm Saturday.  Starting wage is $12 per hour.  You will be required to provide your own computer and internet service

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner. 

Take complete and accurate messages. 

Dispatch any urgent calls as requested by our clients.

Requirements:

·         Windows Operating System (XP Professional edition, Vista Business, or Ultimate editions, Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise editions) Our system is not compatible with Mac computers

·         Internet Connection 384Kb Up/384Kb Down (Commercial DSL/Cable/Fiber Optics) NO WIRELESS CONNECTIONS.

·         Quiet Isolated work area.

·         Basic computer and internet competency

·         Typing speed minimum of 35 WPM

·         Good spelling skills
