Answer Financial, an Allstate company, is currently expanding its Remote Insurance Sales Agent program. As a Remote Insurance Sales Agent with Answer, you will take inbound calls, offering shoppers the opportunity to compare prices and purchase auto and home insurance from the companies we represent. WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- P&C LICENSED TRAINING CLASS BEGINS ON DECEMBER 18, 2020.
- Rewarding agent compensation plan with annual base salary of $32,000 to $37,000.
- In addition to your base salary, you earn a competitive sales bonus and incentives, paid monthly.
- Earn you base salary while completing your state required, pre-licensing courses - we cover the cost for all study materials, state licensing exam, and resident and non-resident licenses.
- P&C licensed? Earn your base salary while completing our successful sales training program.
- We provide you with all computer equipment needed, shipped overnight to your home address.
- Full time positions (not contract), you are employed by Answer Financial Inc..
- Inbound calls – NO cold calling.

WHAT YOU PROVIDE:
- ABILITY TO TRAIN AND WORK A 12:00 PM TO 9:00 PM, PACIFIC, SCHEDULE.
- 2+ years sales experience preferred.
- Desire and ability to work successfully in a full time remote environment.
- Your resident state P&C license must be current and in good standing.
- Successfully complete our 5 week (PAID) remote-online sales training program.
- Pass drug test and credit/criminal background checks.
- Provide dedicated home work space with **high speed internet required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experienced with technology and the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and multitask within multiple quoting systems.
- Confident self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment.
- Bilingual ability to fluently read, write, and speak both Spanish and English.
