    FULL TIME AND PART TIME CALL CENTER AGENT OPPORTUNITIES - ALL SHIFTS

    $14.00

    Our contact center provides inbound and outbound services, and we are currently hiring Part-Time Customer Service Agents, specializing in servicing several accounts in professional industries.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Flexible availability (we are a 24/7 call center)
    • Customer Service experience preferred
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • Basic Computer Skills with a willingness to learn new programs and processes
    • Background check and drug screen required

    GENERAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

    • Answering customer/client requests and inquiries concerning services, products, and claims
    • Working in multiple campaigns
    • Maintaining a working knowledge of campaign products, services and promotions

    VALUED BUT NOT REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • One year or more previous high-volume Contact Center experience
    • Experience in both inbound and outbound environments
