Events & Marketing Internship The Anthem Group - Boston, MA 02114 Internship The Anthem Group and Anthem Entertainment are hiring for fall semester internships. Internships will run from September through December, with the option to start in August. There are only two positions currently available. It is highly recommended that you review the company website(s) to have a greater familiarity with the position and organization. Interns will work on a variety of tasks on the major 2019 programs while also executing a series of fall and winter events. Candidates must be enrolled in a current degree program, graduate school or a recent graduate. Minimum GPA of 3.0 is desired but not required. No experience is required but rather an aptitude and interest in large scale event production, experiential marketing and the entire process in setting up major public and private projects. Marketing and Office Responsibilities: * Market, client, and project location diligence * Venue research: researching and managing established venue relationships

• Coordinating mixed-media, marketing and digital campaigns * Assist in planning of events, including, but not limited to, creating new event concepts and assisting in any aspect of currently planned productions and programs * Supporting the organization and implementation of marketing campaigns, and a variety of events On-Premise/Event Duties: * Logistical support * Provide creative and design feedback * Assisting with exhibitors, vendors, musicians, talent, models, client representatives, etc. (dependent on project) * Shadow event managers Additionally, interns will have the ability to create, coordinate and execute their own event concepts to further enable experience and experiential learning.
