    Job Summary:Anthony’s Villa Inc. is seeking a dedicated MST Therapist to join our dynamic team in delivering Multisystemic Therapy (MST) as part of our Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) program. This role is ideal for a compassionate, driven individual who is committed to working with youth and families dealing with complex behavioral issues. The MST Therapist will provide intensive, family-focused therapy, addressing the various systems that impact a child's life to improve outcomes and prevent out-of-home placements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct MST assessments including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context.
    • Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement.
    • Implement a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcome review, and strategy revision procedure using the MST Analytic Process.
    • Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback and that demonstrate compliance with MST principles and the model's Analytic Process.
    • Collaborate with all relevant systems and key players within each system to ensure their buy-in and cooperation throughout MST treatment.
    • Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with MST principles and practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Current, unrestricted license as an LSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Ohio.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
    • Experience in clinical counseling for youth and families, with a strong preference for candidates knowledgeable in cognitive-behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, strategic family therapy, and behaviorally-based treatments.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to the MST model.
    • Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation, as this position requires frequent travel to client homes and other community settings.
