Youth Services Worker

We offer a variety of outpatient services, all focused on enabling children to be at the lowest level of care possible.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise daily activities of residents within the group home setting
• Assist with daily life skills such as meal preparation, cleaning, and self-care
• Facilitate group activities and outings to promote social and emotional development
• Communicate effectively with case managers, family members, and other stakeholders
• Document incidents and maintain accurate records for each resident
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents by adhering to established protocols

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth in a similar environment
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
